Upon your arrival at Kigali international airport, you will meet our driver-guide who will welcome and brief you about your daily activities and then transfer you to your hotel. After check in at your hotel, if time allows, we will proceed with Kigali City tour. Overnight: Lebanon Hotel

After your lunch, you will start driving some two hours to Butare, where Rwanda takes its roots and then go to visit King Palace museum where the famous and majestic Rwandan kings were staying. You will get that chance to enter the king palace and learn about the royal style, the smartness and the authority of pre-colonial Rwanda. The famous Long Horns Rwandan Cow is also in the palace backyard. Their permanent keepers who pass the long days singing and interacting romantically with them are much styled to discover. You will experience how animals and human beings are closer friends beyond imagination. Thereafter, you will proceed with a visit to the ethnographic museum, which wins top marks for having one of the best ethnological and archaeological collections in the entire region. You will be experiencing and learn about the archeological collections from our ancestors and then continue your way to Nyungwe National park for canopy walk. Then after, be welcomed at your hotel. After an early breakfast, we will go to trek in the rainforest, which has remained undisturbed in Rwanda. The drive from your hotel to chimps trek starting point is approximately one hour. The chimps are our cousins that share about 80% of our DNA. You will remain with them 1hour taking photos for your memories. The trek will take up to 2 hours depending on the location of the chimps trekked and then return to your hotel. After your breakfast, we will head to Nyungwe reception for briefing. After briefing, we will get into our vehicle and start driving to the starting point. Here, our walk takes us through rolling hills draped with lush tea plantations before reaching a small, isolated patch of forest which we will follow until we see the monkeys hanging on the trees. The duration of each walk depends on the location of the monkeys, although they are usually pretty straightforward to find. Later in the evening, we will be ready for canopy walk which begins with a hike through the forest, which gives you a chance to appreciate the beauty of the rainforest from ground level. After your breakfast, you immerse yourself in the enchanting world of Rwandan tea with a captivating experience at the Gisakura Tea Plantation, nestled amidst the lush greenery of Nyungwe National Park. Embark on a journey from the humble tea leaf to the invigorating cup of tea that graces your table. You will just start by observing the skilled hands of tea pickers as they meticulously pluck the two top leaves and bud of each tea plant, a process that requires precision and dexterity and then engage with the local farmers and learn about the intricacies of tea cultivation, gaining a deeper appreciation for the dedication and passion that goes into crafting each cup of tea. After this, you will venture into the factory and Witness the fascinating processes of withering, rolling, oxidation, and drying, each step carefully orchestrated to extract the essence of the tea leaves and create the unique flavors that distinguish Rwandan tea. After breakfast, you will get in the local boat, time to explore splendid Rwanda. You will visit  islands and islets but mainly you will visit three of them: Napoleon Island, the Blue monkey Island, and the peace island. You will get chance to see Monkeys that live on the island. Then after you will ride back to Amahoro Island (Peace island) and stop at the open peninsula for a local beer. After this experience, you will get transferred to Rubavu (3hour) and stay at Kivu Paradis Malahide along kivu shoreline.

After your breakfast, go hike on Mount Rubavu, one of the stunning mount in Rubavu city that will let you explore the Rubavu landscape and sceneries. It takes about 3 hours to hike it. In addition, while on the top, you will get chance to view at once the city of Rubavu, Goma in, and Lake Kivu in front of you and Nyiragongo Volcano in your right. Along your way, you will see different bird species and meet local community. Later, we will go to immerse ourselves in Rubavu hotspring. You will just get off your shoes and soak your legs in the water for your health. This is a retreat for your mind, body, and spirit. The combination of geothermal waters, traditional massages, and the serene natural surroundings creates an oasis of relaxation and rejuvenation. After your breakfast, you will go to relax at Kivu lake beach, which will let you explore the landscape and sceneries of Goma and the Nyiragongo volcano on the side of Congo. You will just get into your boat and start exploring the beauty of Rwanda. You experience will be great as you will visit a methane gas plant inside the lake. The extraction of methane gas from Lake Kivu has been a significant development in Rwanda's energy sector, providing a cleaner and more sustainable source of power for the country. Thereafter, we will drive about 1hour to visit some cow farms in Bigogwe and get to learn how cows play a great important in the Rwandan culture, symbol of wealth, prosperity and identity; you will get to know how they are used to pay marriage dowry and bride price. Milk is, as a result, also important culturally. You will get to know all the associated cultural rites with it and how Rwanda has been dealing with “Gira Inka Munyarwanda” program known as Cows to all Rwandans to facilitate Genocide survivor rebuild themselves after the darkest period. After this, you will drive around 1 hour to get in Musanze and stay at Best view hotel. Overnight: Karisimbi caves resort

After your breakfast, we will go for briefing at Kinigi station on volcanoes feet and after, move in a company of experienced ranger guides through the forest with your packed lunch, water, tracking gears among others to meet, chant and enjoy their entertainment for one hour while taking photos for remembrance. Time taken while searching for these great apes, ranges between 2 to 4 hours depending on the movement of the gorilla groups.   Later, return to your starting point, relax shortly and transfer to Musanze for an after-Gorillas drink.   Overnight: Isange Paradise resort

After your early breakfast, we will drive 15min toward Volcano national park headquarters to be briefed about the golden monkey trek. You will then attend the Golden Monkey briefing at 7h 30 and then at 8 drive directly to the home of monkey. You will remain with them about 1hour taking pictures for your memory before you turn back to your hotel for lunch and stay there. Later in the evening, we will do Musanze city tour to visit some local market and other interesting areas before we get back to our hotel. Overnight: Overnight: Karisimbi caves resort

  After your breakfast, we will go to visit the Musanze caves which is the result of volcanic activities that took place around Virunga volcanoes and the caves are believed to be formed by lava basaltic layers from Bisoke and Sabyinyo volcano. From your hotel to the caves is 2min car drive. You will walk in the darkness with torches on a distance of 1.25miles and encounter some animals in the cave especially the bats. Later in the evening, we will visit Iby’iwacu cultural center, a group of poachers turned into conservationists along the volcano national park feet. From your hotel to the site is 30min car drive. You will see them coming to you with spears. Here, the Intore dancers, will dance with their arms forming horns of Inyambo. You will be surprised by their rapidness and be a part of them, which will make your day special. Overnight: Karisimbi caves resort

After your breakfast, we will drive about 15min to Mukungwa river, a lake on the feet of volcanoes and go to experience canoeing. The activities takes about 2hours passing through sugarcane farms, children swimming in the lake until the end. Later, we will drive 2 hours back to Kigali and go to visit Kimironko local market, a local market in Kigali which is rich in fresh fruits and handcrafts will give you a real image of Rwandan culture. After your breakfast, you will visit the Ntarama Genocide Memorial is a heart-wrenching reminder of the 1994 Rwandan genocide. Located about 25 kilometers south of Kigali, the memorial stands on the site of a former Catholic church where an estimated 5,000 Tutsi people were massacred during the genocide. The church, now scarred with bullet holes and grenade craters, has been preserved as a memorial to the victims. Visitors can walk through the church grounds, bearing witness to the remnants of the massacre – bloodstained clothing, scattered belongings, and the haunting silence that fills the air. Later, we will drive back to Kigali and go to experience the Nyamirambo women group before you are transferred to your hotel. The Nyamirambo walking tour will offer you an experience on foot with Rwandan traditional snacks, and participate in a women’s hairdressing salon. Overnight: Tea house hotel

After breakfast (preferably at 6 am), you will drive with your packed snacks to Akagera National Park's reception to arrive around 9 am. Check in, and start you game safari through the scenic areas where you will see lakes and hippo beaches. Animals you can expect to see include elephants, giraffes, herds of antelopes, rhinos, hippos, crocodiles, cats, and buffalos. If you are a birdwatcher, this is also a great birding spot. At around 1 pm, you will have a picnic lunch and then continue your game safari. The tour will end later in the afternoon at 4 pm and get back to your hotel.   Overnight: Akagera game lodge

After your breakfast, you will have a boat trip on Ihema Lake. This tour is scheduled to get started at 9:00 and ends at 11. Akagera national park is the only park in Rwanda which comprises of swamps, open grassland, woodland and savannah. A boat to this lake will offer you a fabulous introduction to the park aquatic fauna. You will get to spot Hippos and crocodiles, which is compulsory but also an abundant of water birds such as African fish eagle, African darter and white winged warbler. You will also see a herd of buffaloes that come to drink water in the lake. Later after, we will continue with game drive to as much as animals we did see yesterday and then, get back to our hotel in the evening. Overnight: Akagera game Lodge

 After your breakfast, we will go to visit the genocide memorial to learn about the darkest period Rwanda had been passing through before we transfer you to the airport to return back to your home.
